Your Skin Is Important!

Face Paint /Body Art Information:

Our face paint is not paint at all!  In fact, it’s cosmetic water based makeup.

All of the products used by Imagine Faces are FDA approved and safe for use on your skin.

Even our glitters are cosmetic grade glitters.

It is important to always make sure that the paint that your child is

being painted with is made for use on skin.  Acrylic craft paints and craft

glitters are not made to go on skin.  They are made for crafts.  Any long term

or short term use of these products can cause severe reactions and other major problems.

We adhere to firm guidelines on safe face painting.

We use the following products : Snazarroo, Mehron, Make Up Forever, Mac, and Silly Farm Glitters,

Medical Grade Adhesives and various other makeup products that were tested for use on the skin.

Removal Instructions:

Face Paint- Using tear-free shampoo, lather shampoo directly onto skin without water.

Rinse, repeat. If a stain remains, apply lotion onto skin. Wait 30 minutes and repeat above steps.

Do Not Scrub The Skin, this can irritate skin, even causing soap to soak into the skin,

causing it to be itchy and red. Another good way to remove face paints are baby wipes.

If you are still having trouble removing your art, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Reds and Greens are often the colors that stain the most.  I know this as a face painter and often

lay a pallet of a base color below these colors so staining should be little to none at most times.

Glitter Tattoos- To remove a tattoo, simply use baby oil to break the glitter down and

then use household rubbing alcohol to remove the remaining skin adhesive.

This will take the adhesive as well as the glitter right off.

To make it easier after shower time is the easiest, when skin is damp.

Temporary Air Brush and Hand Painted Ink Tattoos- To remove a tattoo, simply use household rubbing alcohol.

This will take the ink right off. To make it easier after shower time is the easiest, when skin is damp.

Hair Color- Removing the spray in hair color is easy, just shampoo out.

Very, very light blonde hair may have a trace of color after one shampoo,

so repeat shampoos may be required.

Instant Tempory Tattoos- To get a temp tattoo removed, wipe area with rubbing

alcohol or baby oil. Image should remove completely.

Balloon Animal Information:

- We will gladly give a parent of a child under the age of 3 years of age a balloon animal.  It is then up to the parent weather or not they give it to the child.  We find that children of all ages will put a balloon in there mouths but the younger children are much more likely to do this.  Balloons most certainly a choking hazard.  We also choose to not give a young child a red, pink or orange balloon due to the fact that it can not seen if a small child does get the balloon in the mouth.
